Description
Isopropylamine (CAS 75-31-0 ), also known as MIPA, is a primary aliphatic amine used as a reactive building block and functional intermediate across chemical manufacturing. It acts as a curing agent, pH modifier, and flavoring precursor depending on the end application. In coatings and adhesives, MIPA functions as a crosslinking agent and curing catalyst, improving film hardness and adhesion in epoxy and polyurethane systems.
